Hi all !
The new function “Anti Recaptcha” is slowing down the begin of the download of files with captchas. Why? It cannot read the captchas (hotfile, fileserve, uploaded etc.) and produces a lot of captcha errors. But unfortunately in this case it says always “I am connecting …” and it takes a long time until the window for manually entering of the captchas is appearing. The new version of mipony is – for me – shit because it is not useable.
I have returned to the previous version of mipony.

Anti Recaptcha is going to be great, but it’s not yet…
Most of the times at least one of the two words are typed in wrong.
So, if you would improve this feature, you could add an option where you could choose automatic captcha on off
on: the captcha window won’t even appear, it will be automatically entered and submitted
off: the captcha will still be entered, but the window will still appear and needs to be submitted manually
looking forward for more versions and great improvements!

thanks for the update. It’s a pity that no reconnect function is included. It would reduce the waiting time for free users drastically.

That’s not the full truth. Waiting times could be decreased by a reconnect.

to all you who are demanding the developers of Mipony sort out issues and get things working etc, you do realise this is freeware and you should be thankfully you have access to the software
if you don’t like it, use another program (likely not as good) or manually download

I updated my MyPony to the new version tonite RS links seem to be fast to load up BUT I can’t get a single link to load off any site as http://www.filesonic.com/ or any other set of links ;-(((((

Fileserve and oron is still not fixed
Quite strange to hear all this complains about reChaptcha, even more when referred to fileserve. It is working flawlessy for me.
filesonic.com, hotfile.com, fileserve.com are still asking for captchas.
Additionally, transfering the captchas ist still totally buggy. Sometimes i have to type in 100 captchas, and none is working.

I completely agree with comment #19. Just because the program isn’t working for you doesn’t mean it isn’t working for anybody. Version 1.20 is working great for me, and I am now able to download from Hotfile without having the captcha get in the way. I think users should stop making demands and start saying thank-you for the people who work on this program for no money in return.
Some “thankfully” people above misunderstand the meaning of the comments. The comments will help the developer(s) of mipony to eliminate mistakes, errors etc. If you want a better software you must tell the developer(s) what’s wrong with the software. The cooperation between users and developer(s) can optimize a software. It’s politely to say “thank you” but only to say “thank you” doesn’t help to eliminate mistakes and errors.

YAY for Anti-Captcha! Thanks guys! It really works for me although it takes some times to begin downloading. I hope you guys can improve/use better technic for that captcha/image recognition stuff 😛
and for M-Freak, this comment section is obviously for people to express their gratitude for developers. don’t say stupid things like ‘this version is shit’, ‘it’s not useable’ etc just because you can’t use it. it’s free so show some respect to them! if you have anything to complaint, click ‘Help’ at the upper right of MiPony and click ‘Send us error reports’.

I love the program but since upgrading to the new version only hotfile works. Rapidshare and other do not. File Sonic reports that I am already downloading a file when I am not.

Anti recaptcha doesn’t work at all. The chance it enters the right captcha letter is 1:10, most of the time it mistake ‘w’ with ‘v’ and does not space between words. Please fix.
Hotfile work quite well, occasionally asking for captcha input. It would be nice if after 15 seconds without user interaction, it would get another captcha from server and try to break.
Fileserve is not working, every time need user input captcha.
Filesonic always show 1 minute count down, then count down again and again, seems forever.
Mipony version 1.2.0, OS windows XP Pro.
i am having problems with anti-recaptcha.
1st it is slowing down the download starting process.
2nd as i tried to download from fileserve.com it downloaded corrupted files…….the main files were about 7 or 8 mbs, but downloaded only 0.22 kb and shows completed….
this anti-recaptcha thing is good but needs to be fixed.
Hello to the developers and creators of this fine program.
I just want to thank you loads for such a good program, I love it and it is now the main downloader for filehosting sites for me. I always used CryptLoad but Miopony has eventually been used more and more until I don’t use CryptLoad at all these days.
I have no complaints about the new version, the captcha stuff seems to work fine. I did have a couple of popups asking me to enter it, which I did and it worked. No problems!
I came here also to ask something, is there not a forum, or plans for a forum to go with the program?
I just think a forum that opened in the program would be pretty busy and would work well..
At least there could be a section for ungrateful assholes who want to just treat you with disrespect because they have no manners!!
Along with a section to collect donations and another to make suggestions, feeedback and one for bug reporting.
I realise you are probably busy enough with this project but if you asked through the software for volunteers I’m sure you’d get some people who could di it for you anyway..

Anti recaptcha works fine for me. Just downloaded 10 files from fileserve over 100mb each, they were all in queue and downloading automatically without any need for my intervention to enter captcha or do anything, this is like a dream come true. Appreciate all your hard work guys. keep it up.

yep, something changed and 2shared does not work anymore. It works via web, but not in Mypony (Download Error).
fileserve anticapcha not recognizing properly, but I am not surprised, sometimes I have troubles too… 🙂

I see some sites blocks you if you fail the captcha too many times. And since the anti-recaptcha in mypony does have a tendency to fail, you’ll soon be blocked.
It should be possible to turn off the auto-anti-captcha for some sites.

It is a great job! But certainly an AntiCaptcha function which could not be 100% perfect needs an On/Off option for the user.
Fileserve banned my IP temporarily because of lots of failed captchas!

Not sure how mipony is evolving, but would like to see mipony skip a >5 minutes wait download time to go to the next entry on a different server. Would like menu option to change minimun time wait threshold to skip the current download entry. Wait time is from free download servers imposing wait time to free users, it is not the same as estimate download time for the file. Although both options of wait time threshold to skip download is amicable. Skipping download means to redo it after other entries are done first. It is not same as user skipping download by user action.
WHY THE NEED: some user limit concurrent d/l to three at a time. This feature would save user time by not manually sort download order for maximun downlow. If the current 3 entry has a wait time from 3 servers, then mipony would halt downloading even though there are entries for 4th server.

Anti recaptcha is not working for fileserve…..after repeated wrong entries fileserve is blocking my ip for entering too many wrong captcha which I feel Mipony does automatically……please allow us to enter the words manually….atleast fileserve will not block my IP.

Can someone tell me why this program keeps signing me out of my fileserve account? It works fine for the first couple of links then starts asking for captcha’s but I’m a premium user…..! wtf? It’s extremely annoying to wake up in the morning with nothing downloaded!

Mipony crashed and locked the computer. When I restarted it it said it could not load the download linkslist as there was an E where a space was expected. How can I m change to this to fixed this corrupted file so I can preserve my list
