New version of Mipony, we have updated some sites and added others.

    The transfer rate limit functionality is still showing strange behavior. I downloaded some files downloading from Deposit Files (one of the more reliable services in terms of performance). With the limit set to 500K/sec, I was getting only 390K/sec. When I increased the limit to 700K/sec it kept bouncing between 650K/sec and 780k/sec. I still much more consistent results from other download managers.

    Is the recaptcha software trustable? I uninstalled it just in case. Not a good idea.

    Additionally, Mipony is taking very long to open now. I tried to go back to toder evrsion but it installs the 1.4.0 version alone.

    Is this getting dangerously worse and we can’t choose the version?

    Hey Julian I am surprised you have the cheek to come here, to the software authors site and tell him his software recommendation is untrustworthy.
    If that was the case then you could equally say Mipony is stealing info or also untrustworthy in some way. If you thought that then you would not be using it.
    My point is, stop talking cr4p…

    How about a portable version? Would help a lot of guys out there.

    How many segments per file does it downlosd? Although it is probably the sole download manager to be able to resume and download from filesonic speed can be an issue! When the download queue is reduced to a single file it practically dies.

    Mipony 1.40 seems to be stable for me, I installed the Anti reCAPTCHA ST v2.07, seems to be working just fine. Tried a filesonic download using the Anti reCAPTCHA ST and its WORKING… cool…

    to those with captchatrader validation, it took a fews hours to get my code, just be patient. 🙂

    i have also experienced slow downloads from rapidshare & netload which seems to be more likely to be a website free user restriction & not due to MiPony as all other sites work flawlessly 🙂

    Regardless of the values you specify for ‘Simultaneous downloads’ and ‘Simultaneous downloads from Website’, it will always max out at 10 and queue the rest. Values of “99” should be honored.

    After using Mipony for a while (unpredictable), it begins to fail ‘Auto-Check’ of Uploading.com entries collected from ‘Detect Links’. A close and restart of Mipony corrects this.

    * to be more specific, it does perform the ‘Auto-Check’ routine, but the ‘Available’ results come back negative for all entries. Also, I specified Uploading.com but it may be for any type of entry — I’m currently only working with Uploading.com entries, only. Also, this can happen while downloads are in progress or no downloads are in progress. Most recently, it happened when I had closed and re-started Miponly and forgot about it for 6 hours — did nothing — and when I came back the first attempt resulted in this same failure, even with a page refresh and Detect Links again. A restart of Mypony again worked normally.

    ** Hmm, seems to be another or related problem. Mipony needs to log-in with a user premium account on Uploading in order to ‘Check Availability’ of ‘Detected Links’ otherwise it may get the “You have reached the daily download limit, upgrade to premium.” page error.

    It would be nice if Mipony gave more/manual control over actual logging in/out/cookies/and User-Agent.

    *** Another Uploading page error for failure to log in as premium when grabbing ‘Detect Links – Auto-Check’ is: “Your IP address is currently downloading a file. Please wait till the download process is completed.” Again, this results in a ‘Availability’ of “(X)”.

    Thanks for the update, but you know what I’d really like, and surely this must be one of the most basic things to implement, I would really love to be able to sort by columns. You know, click on the column header and it sorts by that field. It would make life so much easier for me, I can have thousands of files racked-up to download, and to be able to sort by file size, or name would be very, very useful. Am I the only one that thinks this is a no-brainer?

    I’ve got both captcha plugins installed and neither are doing anything 🙁

    Captchatrader’s plugin won’t even mention my credit amount in the settings.

    AntireCAPTCHAST gives me the following error message: Run-time error ’53’ ‘File not found: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\Mipony_input_AntiRCSTMP.jpg’

    the option you request has already been implemented, & im sure for quite some time, look to the middle of the option menu & change from

    download files following… —> to —> use file priorities….

    & voila, easy!! (you can even hover over the text for added information)

    Well, i give up on Captcha Trader. I’ve asked them to resend me my verification code twice, and have still not received it. I’m not sure how Mipony can highly recommend this plugin when it’s this difficult to receive a simple verification code. I’ll give anti recaptcha a shot next.

    whenever a recaptcha appears, i get an captchatrader error!
    in the pluginoption it shows me that i have 100 credits.

    also since 1.2.0 rapidshare.de is broken and gives me download errors!!

    pls fix this.

    you could try restarting ur pc again & see if mipony attempts to access its download list again, it worked for me once, but this has happened to me a few times & ive lost many download links, so now i make sure that i backup my download lists regularly

    I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. I finally got my verification email from captcha Trader. Now that I’m verified and purchased some credits, the whole system works amazingly well. for a blind person like me who can’t see captchas, Mipony 1.4 with Captcha Trader is a great solution for downloading files. One slight suggestion for the next version is this…With Filesonic, if the file requires a password to start the download, Mipony won’t prompt you for the password. it just returns a download error. this happens regardless of whether you are a free or premium user. If this could be addressed at some point, that would be much appreciated. Thanks to the Mipony team for all your hard work. Please don’t let the ingrates in this thread get you down.

    Was there ever an answer to where the download lists are stored so that the program can be transferred to another computer? Only the incomplete downloads are transferred in Windows Files Transfer without URL’s and none of the waiting downloads. Help please.

    problem with starting mipony it takes alot of time
    and also problem with mediafire it does not get more than 200k
    speed download jdownload gets to the maximum speed please fix it.

    Sorry, I have now found the list of waiting URL’s. In the View menu show Hidden Files and Folders. It is then in User/Application Data/Mipony as Linklist.

    My wireless connection sometimes fails for some seconds to minutes.

    All downloads stops and don’t resume automaticlly.

    Some downloads set a 100% when there is part of the file missing.

    Works great on my little machine. Other download managers stop it i try to surf the internet.

    After adding links for download and clearing text,
    after a while it detects de same links.

    Solutions: Links that are already on download list must be excluded
    OR
    Clear Clipboard (when adding links for download if Text=clipboard text)

    Running the latest version of Mipony (v1.4.0) and i get random Captcha interruptions for service for which i have premium account (fileserve and filesonic). Please fix those interruptions.

    There is only 1 manual bypass i have found – restarting Mipony each time, and it’s getting annoying since i can’t leave the download’s running, because those random Captcha pop-ups after some time stop all downloads!

    I have a suggestion too: there are an increasingly number of sites that offer any one links inverted, as such, for example: elif/moc.noitatsdaolpu.www//:ptth. If you paste it inside Mipony, it will identify, but what i’d like to say is for the D’s of the app to implement automatic identification of inverted files. Just the beggining series of letters, which identify truly the host that are enough to designate all the rest. So, if all of the hosts currently supported by Mipony could be given such a feature, i surely believe that things would get that much more comfortable for anyone using it in coutries that have many sites that use this useless inverting process. Thank you so much for this great app guys.

    I am using 1.4.0 and the plugin Mipony antirecaptcha 2.0.7

    I was working ok but suddenly I started to write:

    Run-time error 53
    File not found: Mipony_input_AntiRCSTMP.jpg

    I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything and it doesn´t work well. I use W7 x64x and antircaptcha with support for XP SP3 and run as administrator

    Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

    Just upgraded today. 1.4 takes all my laptop’s memory. Trying to find a 1.3 version now. Hopefully i can revert back. 1.4 has frozen my computer 3 times before I checked the task bar.

    Fileserve keeps crashing no matter what download I use! The files show as available and “try” to connect, but it never gets close to being able to download. Even my old downloader works for Fileserve downloads. Is there a fix coming real soon?

    Does Mipony 1.4.0 have the “Reconnect” function like JDownloader, to refresh the IP address. Many users have dynamic IPs & is a great work around to the wait times restriction in between downloads.

    Please fix megaupload, I get “download error” message. Hotfile is downloading fine, except it used to be able to download without asking for a captcha. I hope you did not remove that feature to bypass the captchas in hotfile. I’d rather not go to captcha trader since entering captchas is not what I wanted in the first place.

    Fileserve premium download is not working, only as a normal user the download starts, but if you enter premium account it fails to start.
    thank you for your great software, and hope this gets solved cause i totaly depend on Mipony.

      We tested it and it’s a Avira false alarm. You can tell it your antivirus support.
      Anyway we have updated the plug-in installer and you can download it again without problems.
